  Constantly changing times for meetings, inspections etc at the last minute and then still being late after that. If you're busy with work then expect to be late back to the office.
  On the plus side the fees aren't too bad compared to some, £150. They will protect your deposit in a recognised scheme and use an independent for the check out. I had no problems with deposit.
  But not worth it for the lack of organisation on their part, you will be messed around.
